How do you take up The 21 Day Challenge?
1. Join
The 21 Day
Challenge Facebook Group and commit to 21 consecutive days of training - or
just drop me a mail.
2. Post your start day on the wall or send me a message.
3. Train for a minimum of 1 hour per day (This can be split into 2 x 30 minute
sessions!)
4. At the end of the 21 days, share your experience in terms of emotional, physical and mental challenges what you learned from the exercise
5. Get at least one person to take up the challenge.
Tips for succeeding:
1. Create structures to help you fulfill your goals such as enrolling your friends and family in supporting you
2. Post your progress daily on your Facebook status. That will motivate you and inspire you as other support you in your quest.
3. Share your journey with those around you.
4. Become aware of your "reasonableness" and tell yourself "thanks for sharing". As human beings we are quick to find good and convincing reasons not to do stuff.
In life you either have your reasons or you have your results, which do you choose more often?
You DONT need a heart rate monitor
You DONT need to belong to a gym
You DONT need to do any specific exercise
