Today I needed something sweeter. The first one for Breakfast was a real knockout. Lunch included a real treat. At this point I am seriously starting to crave solid food.
Blinking Berry Berry Nice
- 6 x strawberries
- 80g blueberries
- 250ml grape juice
- handfull of goji berries
- 3 ready to eat organic dates
- 1 x thumb of ginger
- 3-4 ice cubes
Blend in a high power blender for 1-2 minutes and drink.
Kauai Meal Out
Today for Lunch we went to Kauai and I had one of my favorite meals. 650ml SuperGreen Smoothie with a shot of wheat grass
Evening - Tomato and Litchi

- 4 x small cocktail tomotoes
- 4 x strawberries
- 250ml 100% pure litchi juice
- Handfull of Goji Berries
- Handfull of sunflower seeds
- Sprinkling of cayan pepper
- 3-4 ice cubes
Blend in a high power blender for 1-2 minutes and drink.
Day 6 complete.
